Sharon Fane has been a licensed Realtor since 1979 and has sold residential and income property in California, starting in the Los Feliz/Silverlake area and the Hollywood Hills. In the 80s, she sold single family residences, ranches and grape land in Napa and Sonoma Counties.

Later in the 80s, after earning an English/Journalism degree at San Diego State University and traveling to some exotic places in the Middle East including time in Pakistan, Sharon worked as a Series 7 sales and research associate for NASD firms specializing in marketing Mexican securities to major fund managers over the world. But, preferring property related business, she resumed her real estate career, first in property management and receivorship and then in real estate sales in the Los Angeles area from West Los Angeles, Woodland Hills and Tarzana eastward to Burbank , Glendale and Pasadena.

In the current climate when so much real estate data and advice is available to buyers and sellers, it is more important than ever to rely on a broad based Realtor to help clients sift through confusing and often conflicting information.

First-time buyers feel comfortable with Sharon and rely on her creativity and knowledge of the market to guide them.
